Experion Institute Return Policy

Returns:

1. Overview: You may return new unopened items fulfilled by Experion Institute for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.)

Items that are opened or returned more than thirty days after purchase will receive a partial refund based upon condition and reason for return.

2. General Return Policy: You may return new, unopened items fulfilled by Experion Instutite.com within 30 days of shipment for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We’ll also pay for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Go to our refund procedures section for procedures to return your purchase. There are no exchanges available for books except those damaged in shipping. A Phem monitor may be exchanged for another model only within the 30 day period after purchase.

3. Refunds and Partial Refunds: Several items are not refundable. They are:

A. Items purchased from sellers other than Experion Institute.
B. Any product missing the serial number or UPC code
C. Items with serious damaged that was caused by other than the shipping process.

Partial refunds will be issued for:
A. Items returned after 30 days.
B. Any item with obvious signs of use.
C. Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
Amount of partial refunds:
A. Books will be subject to a 65% restocking charge.
B. Phem Monitors are subject to a 25% restocking charge plus an additional surcharge for any damage other than that caused by shipping.

4. Refund Procedures:

If you wish to return an item the following procedure must be followed:

A. Return item in original packaging with all ancillary material complete.
B. Notify us by email at info@experioninst.com of your intention to and the reason for your return.
C. We will respond by email with a return authorization number.
D. Cite the return number on the outside, front of the package and include a note inside listing the reasons for the return.
E. Items qualifying for a full refund will be processed without further comment. Items with an additional surcharge will generate an Informational email informing you of partial refund amounts.

G. Your refund will be processed within 15 days and will be provided in the same manner as the original payment. (If credit card used a credit will be issued to credit card account. If check used a check will be forwarded.)
